These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Curated Learning mobile application and related web properties (collectively, the “Platform”). By creating an account or using Curated Learning, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or registering an account on Curated Learning, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and possess the legal authority to accept these Terms. If you do not agree to all provisions, you must discontinue using the Platform.
2. Educational Purpose & Academic Disclaimer
Curated Learning is an independent educational and exam preparation support platform.
- All study resources, question banks, syllabus guides, mock tests, and explanations are created for personal preparation and educational reference only.
- Curated Learning is an independent platform and is not officially affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with UPSC, SSC, NTA, IBPS, or any government body unless expressly stated.
- Users are advised to check official government gazettes and notifications for authoritative exam dates and eligibility guidelines.
3. User Accounts & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials (phone OTP and Google login session). You agree to notify us immediately at curatedlearningsupport@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. You may not license, sell, or transfer your account to another individual.
4. User Conduct & Community Guidelines
Our Community and Chat sections allow aspirants to share doubts, study tips, and motivation. You agree not to post:
- Any abusive, hateful, vulgar, harassing, or defamatory language.
- Spam, promotional solicitations, unverified commercial links, or illegal content.
- Copyrighted question papers or material that infringes on third-party intellectual property.
Violations may result in content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent account banning at our sole discretion.
5. Paid Features & Subscriptions
Certain premium tools, extended mock test series, or specialized exam packages may require purchase. All fees are clearly displayed prior to purchase. Access remains active for the validity period specified in your plan.
6. Intellectual Property
The Curated Learning branding, design systems, algorithms, curated test formats, and software code are the intellectual property of Curated Learning and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
Curated Learning strives for high accuracy in its study material and answer keys. However, the Platform is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We are not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from examination results, server downtime, or reliance on study material.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
